02How tiers are measured

Numbers you can see in your portal.

No points schemes and no annual paperwork. You can see where you stand any day you sign in.

  • AActive nodes. Nodes enrolled and running across all your customers.
  • BTrained people. Technicians who have passed Kantrix technician training, and sales people who have completed Kantrix sales training.
  • CMoving up happens as soon as you qualify. You don't wait for a review.
  • DMoving down only happens at the tier review, never more than one tier at a time, and never without notice.
03Deal registration

Register a deal. It's yours.

Found a customer? Register it, and no other partner can take it while your registration stands. Neither can we.

    The customer, its sites and the nodes you expect.

    Reviewed

    We answer, or ask for what's missing.

  3. Step 3

    Protected

    Approved deals are protected for 7 to 45 days, depending on your tier, and you can extend once.

  4. Step 4

    Won

    Mark it won and the customer is linked to you in the portal.

  • The first approved registration for a new opportunity wins.
  • If the customer chooses a different provider, the customer's choice stands.
  • We never take a registered deal direct.
  • Deals in defense and intelligence, central federal government, energy and water, and telecommunications can be registered only with written permission from the organization's legal counsel, sent with the registration. Otherwise we serve those sectors directly with Kantrix Sovereign.
04Referrals

Businesses that ask us, sent to you.

  1. 1If a business names you as its provider, it comes to you. Always, at any tier.
  2. 2If it names no one, we match it by region, by what it runs, and by tier.
  3. 3Accept a referral promptly, or it goes to the next partner.

About the program.

Is there a fee to join?

No, at any tier. You pay for the nodes you run, at your partner rate.

What if I fall below my tier?

Nothing changes until the next tier review. We tell you before then, and you never drop more than one tier at a time. Design partners never drop below Authorized during the program.

Do I need certified staff to start?

No. Registered needs only a signed agreement. Training counts from Authorized up.

Can two partners register the same deal?

Only one registration is approved, the first. If the customer picks someone else, their choice stands.
